These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website https://nutridelights.net and the NutriDelight mobile application (the “Service”), operated by Nutri Delights LLP. By placing an order or using the Service you agree to these terms.

NutriDelight is a business-to-business platform that supplies fresh produce and kitchen staples to restaurants, hotels, and cloud kitchens. Accounts are intended for registered businesses.

• Orders are placed for next-day delivery; the daily order cut-off is 11:00 PM.
• Prices shown at order time are estimates based on prevailing market (mandi) rates and may vary.
• Some items are sold by weight (“catch-weight” — e.g. by piece but billed per kg). Their final price is calculated on the actual weight measured at delivery/packing, so the invoice value can differ from the estimate.
• The invoice is the final, binding statement of price for an order.

• We deliver within our serviceable areas; delivery timings are communicated at order confirmation.
• A delivery charge of ₹300 applies to every order, irrespective of order value. Charges may change and are shown before you confirm.

• Payment is due as per the credit terms agreed for your account; overdue amounts may attract interest as per those terms.
• Always verify our bank details on a phone call before any direct transfer — we never request changes to bank details over SMS or email.

Goods received are deemed accepted unless a discrepancy or quality issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how issues are handled.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login/PIN confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You may request account/data deletion — see Account & Data Deletion.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always at this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur. Errors & omissions excepted (E. & O.E.).
