NutriDelight is a business-to-business platform that helps restaurants, hotels, and cloud kitchens order fresh produce and kitchen staples.

We collect only what we need to run the ordering and delivery service:

• Account & contact details — business/restaurant name, billing name, contact person, phone number, email address, delivery address, and GST number where provided.
• Order & transaction data — items ordered, quantities, prices, invoices, payments, and delivery records.
• Communications — messages, support requests, and enquiries you send us (including over WhatsApp, email, or phone).
• Device & usage data — basic technical information such as device type, app version, and log data used to keep the Service secure and working.

We do not store full card numbers. Payments made by UPI or bank transfer are handled through your own banking apps and the relevant payment providers.

• To create and manage your account and process your orders.
• To arrange procurement, packing, and delivery of your order.
• To generate and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
