Most orders are delivered the next day, and many on the same day. The confirmed delivery slot is shown when you place your order and in your client portal.

Our driver calls the number on your account on arrival. If the person who placed the order is not available, the goods are handed to any staff member present at the delivery address, and the order is treated as delivered.

Please check items, quantities and quality when you receive them.

Report a missing, short or damaged item on the day of delivery through the client portal, WhatsApp or phone. Replacements, credits and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
